Condition Notes: This Art Nouveau pendant depicts a graceful water lily and iris, rendered in flowing naturalistic form typical of the period’s organic design aesthetic. The piece reflects suffragette symbolism through its color scheme of green, white, and violet, a combination historically associated with the women’s suffrage movement. These colors represented the slogan "Give Women Votes" (green for hope, white for purity, and violet for dignity). The flowers are accented with mine cut diamonds, adding subtle brilliance to the sculpted gold surfaces. The pendant has been tested with XRF analysis and standard metal testing, confirming the alloy as 18k gold. The accompanying chain is unmarked but tests as 10k gold.
