    The necklace enhancer features a freeform step-cut blue topaz 19.59 x 18.11 mm set in 18k gold, accent by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.30 carat, set in 14k white gold, stamped Thomas; suspended from an omega style 14k white and yellow gold chain, stamped Peru, Aurafin. Gross weight39.20 grams.
