Burle-Marx: Haroldo Burle-Marx is a Brazilian jeweler who utilizes precious Brazilian gemstones including amethyst, opal, aquamarine, tourmaline and garnet into his handcrafted designs. Since 1955, he has been commissioned by the Brazilian government to to make jewelry gifts for visiting dignitaries and their wives. His jewelry first came to the United States in 1981.
