Condition Notes: Look like an Indian maharani with this necklace, how fab! The polki diamonds are backed by fine silver and they measure 4.12 x 2.70 mm - 6.40 x 5.40 mm. One polki diamond shows two surface-reaching cracks. Many polki diamonds show feathers and inclusions. The largest pear-shaped polki diamond measures 7.75 x 5.50 mm. The reverse shows traditional meenakari, minor damage to the enamel around the bezels. Only the gold immediately surrounding the polki diamonds is 24k gold kundan, all other gold is 18k gold. All links are filled with lac, a pitch-like material.
