    Diamond, Sapphire, Cultured Pearl, Silver-Topped Gold, Gold-Filled Necklace
    The necklace features full, rose, and European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.45 carat, enhanced by round-cut sapphires weighing a total of approximately 0.15 carat, set in silver-topped 10k gold, surmounting a baroque cultured pearl measuring 8.50 x 7.25 x 4.90 mm, set in a gold-filled mounting, completed by a gold-filled chain. Gross weight 8.80 grams.
