The pendant features an oval-shaped ruby measuring 5.90 x 5.00 x 2.85 mm and weighing 0.73 carat, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of 0.43 carat, set in platinum, suspended by a platinum chain. Gross weight 3.46 grams.
