    The fringe necklace features step, triangle, and trapezoid-shaped sapphires, set in 14k gold, enhanced by European and rose-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.30 carats, set in silver-topped 14k gold, marked 4571. Gross weight 39.10 grams.
