Condition Notes: This necklace is a study in craftsmanship and illusion, made from thousands of seed pearls measuring between 1.00 and 2.00 mm. The pearls are tightly strung and braided into a continuous design with the threading is so fine it nearly disappears, creating the effect of pearls drifting on their own.
At the base, a red enamel cap anchors the strands, detailed with small diamonds and finished in 14k gold. The enamel remains vibrant, with only a small area of loss visible upon close inspection. From this center point, a tassel of loose seed pearl strands cascades freely, offering contrast to the structured braid above and a sense of playful movement.
