The pendant centers an oval-shaped opal cabochon measuring 34.50 x 28.00 mm, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 3.35 carats, accented by round-cut rubies weighing a total of approximately 5.00 carats, complemented by square and rectangular step-cut emeralds weighing a total of approximately 4.70 carats, set in 18k gold having rhodium finished accents.
