Early 18k Gold & Diamond Cigarette Case18k yellow gold, 102.5 grams, 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches, front of the case is accented with 8 eight small diamonds, push button is a cabochon stone, the inside of the case has an elastic band on each side to hold cigarettes in place, very light surface scratches
