    The earrings feature pear-shaped peridot measuring 24.60 x 15.82 x 9.23 mm - 20.65 x 15.90 x 9.76 mm and weighing 45.78 carats, framed by full-cut yellow diamonds weighing a total of 1.42 carats, set in 18k gold, marked for David Morris, having English hallmarks. Gross weight 17.20 grams.

    David Morris: David Morris began apprenticing a leading jeweler in 1951 and became qualified as a goldsmith in 1959. In 1962, he opened David Morris Jewels at The Diamond House in London. In 1963 and 1964, De Beers awarded their 9th and 10th Diamonds International Award to David Morris for his outstanding jewelry designs. In 1965, he designed the heart-shaped diamond necklace that Richard Burton gave to Elizabeth Taylor for Valentine’s Day. In 1972, he designed the Miss World crown, which is still in use today. His brand has expanded all over the world, and a few James Bond movies feature his jewelry.
