The Roulette pendant features full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.00 carat on one side, enhanced by a turquoise cabochon measuring 16.50 mm on the reverse, set in 18k white gold, suspended by a black leather cord, attributed to Tamara Comolli. Gross weight 20.40 grams.

The diamond and turquoise center spins. The cord can be retied so that the pendant can be worn at any length suitable to the wearer, up to 22-1/2 inches. Or dress it up and switch the cord out for a white gold chain! Accompanied by signed pouch.
