Edwardian Synthetic Sapphire, Diamond, Platinum, Gold Pendant-Necklace
The pendant features an oval-shaped synthetic sapphire measuring 8.40 x 6.75 x 3.75 mm, enhanced by European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.35 carat, set in platinum, suspended by a 10k white gold chain. Gross weight 3.90 grams.
