    Garnet, Citrine, Gold Pendant, Jean Mahie
    The pendant features oval-shaped garnets weighing a total of approximately 2.85 carats, enhanced by a cushion-shaped citrine weighing approximately 0.75 carat, set in 22k gold, marked Jean Mahie. Gross weight 24.90 grams.

    Jean Mahie: Contemporary Tunisian designer, Jean Mahie’s infatuation with gold allows her to create handmade, one-of-a-kind, extraordinary pieces. Her designs draw influence from Roman, Greek, and Phoenician Art. She appreciates the primitive nature of the design elements and transfers the concepts into creative pieces. Mahie considers gold to be a living metal due to its strong ability to conduct heat, and thinks of it as “a part of her.” Neiman Marcus introduced the Jean Mahie jewelry collection to the U.S. in 1970.
