    The pendant features a tension-set oval-shaped sapphire measuring 6.80 x 5.00 x 2.83 mm and weighing 0.88 carat, enhanced by full-cut pinkish purple and near colorless diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.10 carat, complemented by round-cut rubies and sapphires weighing a total of approximately 0.10 carat, set in 18k white gold, marked for Steven Kretchmer, suspended by a 14k white gold chain. Gross weight 13.90 grams.
