Condition Notes: Beautifully accentuated with gold rope wire accents and beading, the cameo measures approximately 20.00 x 15.95 x 6.00 mm. The piece is hinged and opens to reveal a locket-like compartment at the center, fitted with a plastic cap, allowing for the placement of mementos or photographs if desired. Just below the agate cameo, inside the locket compartment, moderate discoloration and solder residue are visible. A fracture is present along one hinge portion, though the piece remains structurally intact. Four areas to the reverse indicate the nature of construction with slight indentations visible.
