    Condition Notes: The top of the ring can be removed from the shank and attached to a pendant mechanism, allowing the wearer to enjoy the amethyst as a necklace as well. Diamonds are set on the ring shank, and do not flank the pendant when worn as a necklace. The dimensions of the amethyst are slightly asymmetrical. Chain marked 14K. Pendant and ring test as 14k gold. Ring shank marked "PAT".
