Condition Notes: Notable scale distinguishes this classic Burmese ruby and diamond ring, executed in platinum with 18k yellow gold center prongs. The ruby measures 12.73 x 10.11 x 7.03 mm, presenting an assertive presence within its mount.

Close inspection reveals minor surface reaching characteristics and small cavities in limited areas, however, the vivid red saturation synonymous with Burmese material remains immediately evident. Encircling the center stone, a double halo of diamonds measuring approximately 3.25 mm to 4.50 mm completes the composition. Additional smaller accents grace the shoulders. Majority of accent stones average SI clarity with a few VS outliers and display mixed cutting grades and symmetry.

No major chipping is observed. Minor abrasions are visible under magnification at select facet junctions. One or two diamonds exhibit slight movement within their settings and would benefit from tightening during routine maintenance. The ruby also demonstrates slight looseness within its four double prong setting, though it remains relatively secure at present.
