Condition Notes: Centering a oval-shaped sapphire with facets that scream hand-cut and a halo of mine-cut diamonds this ring is something special. One can only imagine how far back this ring could date with such stones set into it. The diamonds and mine-cut diamonds are all in good condition without notable damage, a testament to the care this ring must have received. The stunning Ceylon sapphire measures 13.08 x 8.92 x 8.14 mm and has received a "No evidence of heat" grade by AGL, clearly observable within the stone. The prong contact on the sapphire is not optimal with a good amount not touching the crown, despite this the stone is secure with enough prongs meeting standards.
