The Monaco ring centers a faceted-top cushion-shaped rock crystal quartz measuring 17.50 x 14.95 mm atop turquoise, enhanced by full-cut blue irradiated diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.45 carats, accented by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.40 carat, set in 18k gold, marked Judith Ripka. Gross weight 15.60 grams.
