    Condition Notes: A fabulous and unconventional piece! The turquoise cabochon flips open to reveal a small watch. A diamond is chipped. Case back marked 14KT. GOLD. Ring tests as platinum and 18k gold. Bezel around turquoise tests as 14k gold. The underside of the turquoise is unpolished and reveals the original matrix.
