The ring centers an oval-shaped ruby measuring 6.40 x 4.85 x 4.32 mm and weighing approximately 1.15 carats, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.50 carats, accented by square step-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.20 carat, set in 18k white gold.
