Condition Notes: Centered with a vibrant yellow sapphire, this striking ring is framed by a halo of full-cut diamonds in the VS to SI clarity range, all set in luminous 18k white gold. The sapphire’s saturated golden hue is amplified by the crisp brilliance of 16 surrounding full-cut diamonds. A horseshoe sizer is currently mounted inside the shank, adjusting the fit to size 5, though the ring visually measures closer to a size 6 and appears suitable for traditional resizing. Accompanying the piece is a copy of the original 1987 appraisal from Ferrara Wold Custom Jewelers of Scottsdale, Arizona.
