The ring features an oval-shaped sapphire measuring 10.19 x 8.71 x 5.85 mm and weighing approximately 4.15 carat, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.25 carats, accented by baguette-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.10 grams, set in 18k gold.
