    The necklace features pear-shaped sapphires ranging in size from 9.40 x 7.43 x 3.51 mm to 11.00 x 8.44 x 3.91 mm and weighing a total of 28.35 carats, enhanced by marquise-cut diamonds weighing a total of 11.30 carats, accented by round brilliant, full, and pear-shaped diamonds weighing a total of 16.19 carats, set in 18k white gold. Gross weight 53.40 grams.
