    Diamond, Ruby, Platinum, White Gold Jewelry Suite
    The suite includes a brooch featuring European-cut diamonds ranging in size from 4.93 - 5.03 x 3.03 mm to 7.27 - 7.40 x 4.63 mm and weighing a total of approximately 4.60 carats, enhanced by baguette, full, single and European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 4.25 carats, accented by square and calibré-cut rubies weighing a total of approximately 0.85 carat, set in platinum; together with a matching pair of earrings centering full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.90 carat, enhanced by full and single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 4.95 carats, accented by square-cut rubies weighing a total of approximately 0.65, set in platinum. Total diamond weight is approximately 14.70 carats. Total ruby weight is approximately 1.50 carats. Gross weight 50.40 grams.

    Overall Condition: Very Good
    Condition Notes: A very chic 1950's suite. The brooch is completed by an 14k white gold pin stem and catch. The earrings are completed by 18k white gold clip backs. The brooch has visible signs of solder on the back and partially visible on the front. The metal is unmarked, but tests as called purity. Diamonds have minor to moderate abrasions to the facet junctions. Some diamonds have minor chips. Some fall into the JKL color range, and I clarity range. Circa 1950.
