Mattioli: A refined ambassador of the Made in Italy style throughout the world, the Mattioli brand has built its own current successes on the foundations of a noble past, associated with the most famous and masterful goldsmithing tradition of Torino. A unique experience that originated in 1860 with the Antica Ditta Marchisio, owner of the first trademark issued by the city of Torino: the historical "1 TO"(meaning the first and oldest in Torino). Specialized in the creation and handcrafting of high-quality jewelry, since its beginnings this company has resorted to the precious contribution of a large staff of artisans who work the complete cycle of gold: from the melting of the ingot to the finished pieces. Starting in 1970 the Antica Ditta Marchisio began to design and produce highly successful models exclusively for the most prestigious companies in the world. These companies continue to buy our jewels, to our mutual satisfaction. In 1995 the engineer Luciano Mattioli, who had acquired significant know-how and skill throughout many years of work at large organizations, purchased the company and asked his daughter Licia, at the time a lawyer in Torino, to assist him in its management. In the years that followed, thanks to an ongoing process of innovation in the technologies for creating the jewellery supported by a new enterprising and strategic management, the Antica Ditta Marchisio extended the distribution of its jewelry to foreign markets in selected jewelry shops of Europe, the United States and Japan. In the year 2000 the Mattioli family made the decision to use its own name for a brand that throughout the world embodies and represents a remarkable legacy of technique, passion and study which have always characterized this company. Thus the Mattioli brand was born: under the guidance of Licia, and thanks to her enthusiasm and creative capabilities, the new collections very quickly achieved an unexpected and extraordinary success. An interpreter of contemporary luxury, Mattioli stands out for its original style, which is classic and at the same time modern: particularly soft and enveloping are the lines of its famous necklaces. The crafting of the jewelry is still today entrusted to the talent of over 100 expert master jewelers. Moreover, the attention they give to the raw materials, selected from among the most precious, guarantee the exclusivity and excellent quality of all the models created.
