    Overall Condition: Fair
Condition Notes: An antique ring for every outfit and every mood! The heart-shaped opal and demantoid garnet ring tests 18k, weighs 2.80 grams, minor abrasions to some garnets. The oval opal and diamond cluster ring, opal and diamond Art Nouveau-influenced ring, and the pyrope-almandine garnet with snake ring all test 14k, Art Nouveau-influenced ring is platinum-topped, gross weight is 14.10 grams, abrasion and scratches visible on opals, minor tarnish to the snake. The oval opal solitaire ring tests 10k, weighs 1.90 grams, opal shows crazing and many scratches on the surface. The painted portrait ring test 10k rose gold on the shank and 14k yellow gold on the bezel, weighs 2.90 grams, minor "flaking" seen on the painted portrait lying behind glass crystal, especially on the "white parts" such as collar and hair. Rings like this were sentimental, especially for lovers in the sense that a woman could always wear a portrait of her 'dearest' on her hand, the lover's gaze was never too far away!
