    Overall Condition: Good
Condition Notes: Something about the multi-colored look of Scottish Agate that is so fun and resonates with today's bright fashions. The agate jewelry is largely silver; all but one citrine are set in closed-back settings and many show evidence of color/tinting/foiling on the back, color saturation varies, a few stones may be colorless rock crystal quartz. Minor abrasion to facet junctions on a few round-cut stones. Particularly prominent Scottish motifs include the St. Andrew's Cross with the central crown, as well as the thistles. The heart locket has a hinged clasp/lock and tests 10k gold, having a heart-shaped crystal on reverse encasing woven hair, could be worn as a pendant, charm, or bracelet clasp. The oval banded agate cabochon locket opens, empty interior, metal does not test gold, tarnish is visible. The lot includes a Victorian mourning brooch carved of bog oak, displaying a harp at the center, note a crack in the corner of the harp, metal does not test gold. Tarnish to silver items.
