    Stones: full-cut diamonds weigh a total of approximately 1.80 carats; round-cut rubies weigh a total of approximately 2.50 carats

    Condition Notes: A chic and delicate way to tell the time. Back of case marked Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, with Swiss mark for 18k gold. Case and bracelet are good. Dirt and fibers are on the dial. Movement ticks but will need cleaning.
