Bottega Veneta Brown & Beige Intrecciato Leather Shoulder Bag
This Bottega Veneta bag is simple and understated. The Intrecciato technique was created by Bottega Veneta in the late 1960s. The Veneto region specialized in ready to wear, not accessories, so the sewing machines were made for cloth. When Bottega Veneta started manufacturing these bags, the artisans had to use super fine leather to get under the needle. The leather was then woven into the intrecciato pattern to make the material stronger and more durable for accessories. This technique remains one of Bottega Veneta's staples. The combination of dark brown and camel colored leathers makes this bag practical yet interesting. This bag's small size make it great for carrying around essentials during the day or as an evening bag. Interior is done in black suede with one zip pocket and one utility pocket. Zip top closure.

    Dimensions: 9.5" Width x 8" Height x 1" Depth, 7" Shoulder Drop

    Approximate Retail Value: $1,200

This bag is in Very Good to Excellent condition faint scratching to leather.
