This bag is done in Black Monogram Vernis (varnished calfskin leather) and Black Alligator with Gold hardware, featuring metallic gold lambskin and alligator headphone handle, a square acrylic tortoise shell patterned link strap, and a doctor's style top opening with a fold-over closure. The interior is done in Black Leather, featuring one slip pocket. The interior pocket has a Louis Vuitton Signature plate, numbering this bag 19 of 30. This bag is very rare, with only 30 pieces ever made.

There is heavy rubbing to the metallic gold leather of the headphone handle and heavy scratching to the hardware, including the four base feet. The black leather that lines the edges of the bags opening also has some light scratching and creasing. The bag is slightly misshapen on its right hand side. This bag includes a Louis Vuitton Dustbag.
