Louis Vuitton Classic Monogram Steamer Trunk, Circa 1900

This trunk is done in brown monogram coated canvas with wood trim and brass hardware, featuring two side handles and a triple lock closure. The interior is done in striped fabric, featuring one removable tray. Both sides of the trunk feature the letters "McG" in a circle, done in red and white.

There is heavy scratching and tarnishing to the hardware, as well as to the wooden trim. The trunk shows scratching, ripping, marks, and darkening throughout the exterior. The interior shows marks, scratches, glue residue, staining, and discoloration throughout.
