Case: both are silverode and 18 sizes, Waltham has a plain screw back cover, Elgin is a key wind with a double hinged back
Dial: enamels, Arabic, Roman, blued spade hands
Movement: 11 and 15 jewels, nickel, gilt, full plates, Waltham is damaskeened
