    Dial: matte black, with outer minute track, luminous dots for second time zone, and luminous baton and arrow markers; skeletonized stainless hour/minute hands with luminous inserts, luminous stainless arrow-tipped GMT hand, and stainless sword sweep seconds hand
    Movement: Bulova caliber 214HN, battery-powered via transistorized circuit and tuning-fork oscillator, with GMT function
    Band: Accutron stainless steel "coffin link" bracelet, 11 links, approximately 7 1/2 inches at maximum length, including watch, with Accutron tuning fork on deployment clasp

    Accutron's Astronaut Ref. 214 was officially issued to pilots in the USAF X-15 experimental rocket-powered aircraft program as well as CIA pilots in the Lockheed A-12 program. This timepiece has been consigned by a retired USAF Brigadier General, was worn during his military service, and is accompanied by its inner box, Accutron battery access tool, and instruction booklets.
