Cartier Small Bronze Cased Minute Repeating Clock, circa 1865Case: bronze with honey comb textured designs to the panels, hinged back door, 70 mm x 44 mm x 34 mm, top repeat activation plunger with round ruby cabochon
Dial: white enamel, Arabic numerals, spade hands
Movement: rectangular with top platform lever escapement, compensated balance, back winding and setting arbors, exposed steel hammers and two circular gong rods
Signed: dial is signed Cartier Paris, back case base is signed Cartier Paris, "Bronze D' Ore Depose marked under the base, movement signed "Nocturne" in a banner, movement also market Brevete and 1865
