    Tiffany & Co. Ornate French Carriage Clock With Strike, Repeat & Alarm, circa 1900
    Case: gilt brass, measures 6 1/4 inches to the top of the flower and lion's head motif handle, 3 1/2 inches across, beveled glass sides and back door, glass for the visible escapement on the top, raised scrolls and flowers, turned circular feet
    Dial: inset white enamel dial with Roman numerals, ornate open gold hands, black minute track, subsidiary dial and arrow pointer for the alarm
    Movement: gilt brass, straight line lever escapement mounted on a frosted gilt platform, index regulator, barrels for the going and striking trains, hour repeat button on the top of the case, hour and half hour strike on gong
    Signed: Tiffany & Co. on the dial, Made in France, 1527 on the back plate
