E. Huguenin & Co., Locle, Massive First Quality Gold Minute Repeater With Split Second Chronograph, circa 1895Case: massive 58 mm 18k gold case, plain, gold cuvette, Jurgensen lips to the lids, gold slide for the repeat and buttons on the band for the split seconds
Dial: double sunk enamel, Roman numerals, outer 1/5th seconds divisions, subsidiary seconds, spade hands
Movement: nickel, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, jeweled to the hammers, visible chronograph works, bi-metallic compensated balance with Breguet spring, polished steel hammers striking on gong rods
