    Large nickel movement, 4 inch diameter, jeweled train and counter poised lever escapement, tall brass balance bridge, bi-metallic cut balance wheel with steel spring, back plate is engraved "Made Under Instructions at Parsons Institute, Peoria Ill. Finished Jan. 1st, 1893", silvered dial with steel moon hands, subsidiary seconds, black enameled Roman numerals, signed "Made By Chas. B. Sanford and Albert G. Sanford, Jan. 1st 1893, Hamilton N.Y."
