    Case: 14k yellow gold, four body, 16 size, 49 mm, gold cuvette, cross-hatch engine turnings at center, outer intertwined leaf and vine motif, vermicelli engraved on the edges and rim
    Dial: double sunk, black Arabic hours, red five minutes, blue Breguet moon hands
    Movement: No. 1369753, 3/4 plate, central gold finish, fancy damaskeening, 21 ruby jewels, gold train, single polished and damaskeened winding wheel, bi-metallic compensated balance with whiplash regulator
    Signed: Illinois Watch Co., case marked Keystone, gross weight is 96.8 grams

    Note: The grade 179 was the highest quality 16 size at its time of manufacture. The models 4 and 5 were designed by Fred I. Getty and are the only American watches to be made with the single exposed winding wheel; many collectors consider them (especially the two tone versions) to be the most artistically designed watches ever made.
