    Case: No. 275720, four body, "bassine", 18k yellow gold, 48 mm, gold cuvette, invisible hinge, back with polychrome enameled crest of a bird above the setting sun and the initials E.A.R. within a blue enameled braided border, co-axial button in the crown for the start/stop and return to zero chronograph hands, push button on the band for the split seconds functions, slide near the pendant to lock out the chronograph button in the crown
    Dial: white enamel, black Breguet numerals, outer 1/5th seconds divisions with red five second numerals, subsidiary seconds, gold Louis XV hands
    Movement: No. 156696, nickel finish, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, eight adjustments, straight line lever escapement, counter poised pallet fork, bi-metallic compensated balance with Breguet spring, regulator with swan's neck
    Signed: triple signed Patek Philippe & Cie, with Extract from the Archives stating date of manufacture as 1909
