    Movement: No. 26, nickel, patented caliber, straight line damaskeening, 22 jewels, gold jewel settings, patented pivoted detent escapement, counter poised detent, gold passing spring, exit pallet on the detent pivot, jeweled rollers, bi-metallic compensated balance with gold temperature adjustment screws, blued steel free-sprung helical balance spring with terminal curves, patented going barrel, lever setting
    Signed: case, dial, and movement signed, with original wooden box, instruction card to watchmakers and Albert H. Potter signed original certificate of authenticity

    Note: The present lot is a very important and rare timepiece. It is most likely the only example of a highly finished detent chronometer made by Potter that is complete with box, instruction card and certificate signed by this celebrated watchmaker.
