    Note: The dust cover is inscribed "Presented to Rev. James E. Quigley D.D. by Branch 20 C.M.B.A. February 2, 1896. Reverend Quigley was born in Buffalo N.Y. in 1855 and from 1897 to 1903 he served as the third Bishop of Buffalo. After his tenure in Buffalo he became the Archbishop of Chicago.
