    Case: 57 mm, sterling pair cases, outer with seven joint hinge, amorous courtly repouseé scene with scallops swirls and flowers, split front inner bezel, glass bulls eye crystal
    Dial: champlevé silver with black Roman chapters, outer five minute numbers, black minute track, date window above six, gilt filigree and poker hands, decorative engraved gilt outer border
    Movement: deep fire gilt verge fusee, ornate Egyptian pillars with pierced upper galleries, single footed winged cock which is pierced and engraved, three arm steel balance

    Peter Garon is a highly esteemed maker who apprenticed in 1687 and was free of the Clockmakers Co. in 1694. his output was limited having gone bankrupt in 1709
