    Case: pair case, plain inner, outer repousse depicting a classic scene with two figures, a child and dog within a forest setting, scallops and roses on the bezel
    Dial: champleve silver with Roman numerals, eccentric minute track, gilt "Louis XIV" hands, and sunken date aperture
    Movement: fire gilt verge fusee, baluster pillars, two footed pierced balance cock, disc regulator
    Signed: "Sherwood, London" on movement and dial
    Note: accompanied by an associated 5-1/2 inch long intricate four panel chatelaine with winding key, corn cob fob, and heart locket surmounted by a crown
