    Case: 18k yellow gold, four body, 46 mm, back engraved with script initials, gold split activator button and gold slide lock out for the sweeps on the rim, case number 78584
    Dial: enamel, Arabic hour numerals, blue spade hands, red five minutes, outer 1' 5th second marks, sub seconds
    Movement: nickel 3/4 plate, straight line lever, 22 jewels, bi-metallic compensated balance, swan's neck whip on the regulator index, balance bridge marked "pat. Feb. 5th, 67", movement number 78584
    Signed: triple signed Tiffany & Co.
