Named for its quartz-like, once-per-second tick, Rolex's Tru-Beat was marketed to medical professionals, and promised to make reading a patient's pulse easier. Few were produced. This is among the rare Precision versions that do not include "Tru-Beat" on the dial, and, typically, was at some point converted to conventional sweeping seconds.

Condition: Very good, unblemished dial. Good case, polished, with functioning screw-down crown, undamaged case-back knurling, and signs of daily wear. Note that reference number between lugs shows second "6" to be factory-stamped over "8." Running, but service is recommended.
