Case: 38 mm, stainless steel, three body, screw back, screw down crown and push buttons, marked 6263 between the lugs and 6265 inside the case back, No. 3720208
Dial: silver, marked T Swiss T, applied steel baton indexes, rich brown tropical subsidiary dials, lume plots at the hours, steel baton hands
Movement: Rolex caliber 727, rhodium finish, manual winding, 17 jewels, adjusted to 3 positions
Band: 7835/19 steel fold over link band, deployant clasp, 361 end links
Signed: Rolex on the dial, case, movement and clasp

This highly attractive and desirable Daytona features a stunning dial with subsidiary dials that have changed from black to a rich, deep vibrant tobacco brown color. Launched in 1962, the Rolex reference 6265 and 6263 were manufactured in steel, 18k and 14k gold.

Condition: This timepiece presents in good condition. The exceptional dial is superb. The case with some light scratches. The lower push button has pitting and is slightly loose. Servicing to the pushers and crown recommended as well as to the movement. Band is good with light wear commensurate to age. The movement runs, sets and the chronograph functions work as they should.
