Bourquin Rare Center Seconds Watch with Pouzait Escapement, circa 1790
Case: three body, transparent front and back, hinged movement, coin edge to the rim, unmarked gold, 55 mm diameter
Dial: white enamel, Arabic chapters, black minute lines, black quarter hour numerals, gold berry accents at five minute positions, gold wreath below the signature, gold spade hands, blue center second hand
Movement: gilt full plate wit large 41 mm five spoke gold balance, Pouzait dead beat escapement, diamond endstone, long steel index, engraved and gilded large balance bridge, hack stop lever for the seconds
Signed: Bourquin on the dial, Bourquin a Anvers on the movement
