Signed: Case signed: Watchmaker By Warrant To The Queen. Examined By J.W. Benson 62 & 64 Ludgate Hill. London. Swiss Made. Movement signed "Swiss Made" w/ patent number: 8508
Model: Split Second. Hunting Case.

Hands: with spade and whip hands.
Metal: 18k (tested)
Gram Weight: 126 grams
Case Info: Hunting case.
Case Width: 52.5mm
Crystal: acrylic
Watch Movement: Swiss made, split second chronograph movement. Patent number: 8508. Also numbered: No 3066.
Circa: 1900
Condition: Case condition: the center of the top case has been polished at some point, possibly to remove an engraving and compresses when gently pushed in. The center of the case back also compresses when gently pushed in - suggesting an engraving was also removed from the case back. The case does maintain a decent snap. Exceptional dial by my estimation. I can see no chips or hairlines under 10x. Please enlarge the dial picture to make your own determination. The movement appears well preserved. It sets, runs and the split second chronograph function is currently operating correctly. However, the service history is unknown and a fresh service will be required to guarantee accuracy, functionality and insure longevity. Sold with no further mechanical warranty.
